Simply Sustain Outdoor Surfaces Safely 2NOEND with BioReclaim LLC Concrete Cleansing & Fortification in Appleton Wisconsin for untreated and unsealed concrete driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage floors, concrete pavers, parking lots, roads, bridges, industrial or commercial concrete floors, cement truck loadings, parking ramps, and essentially any porous horizontal and vertical concrete surface!!!
Concrete Cleansing surface cleaning and pressure washing uses a bleach-free, E.P.A. safer choice certified, biodegradable solution made with water, hydrogen peroxide, surfactants like ethoxylated alcohols, and chelating agents such as citric acid or etidronic acid to open pores & help remove oil, grease, tire marks, rust, algae, moss, mold, and general dirt.
Concrete Fortification uses a USDA certified American-grown soybean based durability enhancer extending surface service life up to ten years or more by self sealing pores and micro cracks preventing deterioration from moisture, salts, deicers, freeze/thaw cycles, and other damaging agents.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How much does it cost?.
A: BioReclaim LLC Cleansing and Fortification for concrete is $2.50/Square foot for first-time customers, and $2.00 Square Foot for returning customers, regardless of the outdoor surfaces.

Q: Manufacturer's Technical Data Sheet?.

Q: What are the exact ingredients?
A: Concrete Durability Enhancer is primarily formulated using a patented soy methyl ester–polystyrene (SME-PS) system. The main ingredient, soy methyl ester, is a plant-based oil derived from soybeans that acts as a low-surface-tension carrier, allowing the product to penetrate deeply into concrete pores. Suspended within this bio-based carrier is polystyrene polymer, which migrates into the pore structure and forms a flexible, hydrophobic barrier that helps repel water and reduce chloride intrusion. The formulation is about 93% bio-based and contains small amounts of proprietary stabilizers and flow modifiers that keep the polymer evenly dispersed and allow the material to penetrate effectively. Instead of forming a surface coating, the SME-PS system works inside the concrete, lining pore walls and helping protect against moisture penetration, freeze-thaw damage, and long-term deterioration.

Q: What is untreated/unsealed concrete?
A: Untreated concrete is raw, porous concrete that hasn’t been coated or sealed. It easily absorbs water, oils, and chemicals, making it prone to stains, cracking, and surface damage. It has a dull appearance, requires frequent cleaning, and wears down faster than sealed concrete, which protects and extends its lifespan.

Q: Why is it important to prevent moisture, salts, deicers, freeze/thaw cycles, and other damaging agents?
A: Protects concrete from cracking, staining, and long-term structural deterioration.

Q: Does it change the color of concrete?
A: Concrete may look slightly darker or “wet” immediately after application, but this effect is temporary. The concrete returns to its natural color, so it does not permanently change the appearance. It enhances protection without leaving a glossy or film-like look.

Q: Is it slippery?
A: Since it is a penetrating, pore‑absorbing treatment rather than a surface film, it doesn’t create a slick or glossy layer on concrete. The texture of the concrete remains essentially the same, so it retains normal traction for walking or driving.

Q: Will it seal pits and large cracks?
A: No, it will not level the surface or fill and repair pits, holes, or large cracks. It is a penetrating concrete protectant, meaning it only works by absorbing into the pores of sound concrete to make it water- and chemical-resistant.

Q: How is it different from a traditional sealer?
A: Traditional sealers form a surface coating that can wear, peel, darken concrete, and become slippery, while ours penetrates the concrete to provide long-lasting protection without changing appearance or texture.

Q: How long does it take to dry, and why are there dark spots?
A: Takes 24-36 hours to dry, and the dark spots show it’s working where the concrete needs it most.
