BioReclaim LLC Outdoor Surface Cleansing involves soft or pressure washing using a bleach-free, E.P.A. safer choice certified, biodegradable solution made with water, hydrogen peroxide, surfactants like ethoxylated alcohols, and chelating agents such as citric acid or etidronic acid to open pores & help remove oil, grease, tire marks, rust, algae, moss, mold, and general dirt.

Q: How much does it cost?

A: Soft or Pressure Washing Cleansing is included with BioReclaim LLC Fortification and not seperate services. For both Bio Reclaim LLC Cleansing & Fortification, we charge $2.50/Square Foot, but then it drops down to $2.00/Square Foot for returning customers.

 

Q: What are surfactants?
A: Surfactants are compounds that help liquids spread and penetrate surfaces by reducing
surface tension.

Q: What are Chelating agents?
A: Chelating agents are chemicals that bind and neutralize metal ions, preventing them from interfering with a product or reaction.

Q: Why not use a Bio-Based Cleanser?
A: Bio-based soaps are gentler and eco-friendly, but may clean less effectively and leave residues that can interfere with Fortification.

Q: Why not use bleach/stronger chemicals
A: Bleach and harsh chemicals can damage surfaces, harm the environment, and interfere
with sealers.
